**Sofia Talvik’s Xmas Calendar:

In the next to last episode of my Xmas Calendar, me and my hubby is
making Christmas fudge. This might be a totally confusing episode for
everyone who’s not Swedish as we’re making fun of a Swedish
television show throughout the episode. I can’t really explain any
further, but whenever you see the indication “in a funny voice”
you’ll know we’re not totally serious … Here’s the fudge
recipe for all of you that want to make it at home, with or without
the funny voice:
Fudge:
2 cups/dl of double cream
2 cups/dl white sugar
2 cups/dl sirup
scalded, finely chopped almonds
mix everything in a pan and cook until it’s 120°C (or 123° if you
want a chewier fudge)

I once tried to bribe Fredrik Strage
in the breakfast room at TV4. He was going to talk about new hip
music, and I was going to play live at the TV4 Morning show where
Fredrik is a profile every now and then. Apparently Fredrik wasn’t
that easy to bribe that time, but he did want to be a guest in my Xmas
Calendar when I asked him nicely.
If you’re easily scared, this is not an episode for you. Fredrik
shows us his favourite scenes from Christmas horror movies, and he
seems to have an evil side of himself as well …
Due to being unable to include the copyright material from the movies
in this episode of the Xmas Calendar, I had to cut this episode up in
parts, I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

Annika Lantz is one of Sweden’s most beloved and well known radio
show hosts. She’s got her own show in both national radio p4 and p1
so when I heard that she was dying to get on my Xmas Calendar as well
I simply had to invite her. Somehow it’s really she who invited me,
as today’s episode is being filmed in her radio studio, but I’m
doing my best to take over the role as host and find out why Annika
writes such gloomy haiku poems …

We have one more Christmas concert coming up and I’m really happy
to present the final guest artist: Pernilla Andersson

Pernilla Andersson is in her spare-time a passionate fisherman. She
also runs her own label Sheriff, has produced several albums and
released no less than 6 solo albums in both English and Swedish.
This Swedish bombshell has several talents and and a heart of gold.
She’s involved in the project “Don’t mess with out water” and
some of the profits from her latest album goes to the cause of saving
the sea environment in the Baltic sea.
